Bagel Pizza
Ingredients:
- Bagels or mini bagels, halved
- Pizza (marinara) sauce
- Shredded cheese
- Optional: pepperoni slices, green peppers, mushrooms, etc.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spread pizza sauce on each bagel half and lay on a baking tray.
- Top each bagel half with shredded cheese.
- Once oven is preheated, bake for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Enjoy!
Turkey Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
- Wraps
- Turkey slices
- Cheese slices
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Tomato
- Lettuce
Directions:
- Place the wrap on a flat surface.
- Spread the mayonnaise and mustard or other desired condiments onto the wrap surface.
- Layer the turkey and cheese on top of the condiments.
- Layer the other sandwich elements: tomato, lettuce, and other desired ingredients.
- Starting from one side, roll the wrap tightly.
- Slice the wrap into even disks.
- Enjoy!
Frozen Blueberry + Yogurt Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
- Popsicle mold or small plastic cups
Directions:
- Blend the blueberries, sweetener, and yogurt together until swirled or fully blended.
- Pour mixture into popsicle mold or small plastic cups.
- Freeze for an hour, then insert popsicle stick into each popsicle.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Remove from mold or cups and enjoy!
