Ingredients:

  • Bagels or mini bagels, halved
  • Pizza (marinara) sauce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Optional: pepperoni slices, green peppers, mushrooms, etc.

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on each bagel half and lay on a baking tray.
  3. Top each bagel half with shredded cheese.
  4. Once oven is preheated, bake for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Wraps
  • Turkey slices
  • Cheese slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce

Directions:

  1. Place the wrap on a flat surface.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise and mustard or other desired condiments onto the wrap surface.
  3. Layer the turkey and cheese on top of the condiments.
  4. Layer the other sandwich elements: tomato, lettuce, and other desired ingredients.
  5. Starting from one side, roll the wrap tightly.
  6. Slice the wrap into even disks.
  7. Enjoy!



Frozen Blueberry + Yogurt PopsAdobeStock_83621575

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • Popsicle mold or small plastic cups

Directions:

  1. Blend the blueberries, sweetener, and yogurt together until swirled or fully blended.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle mold or small plastic cups.
  3. Freeze for an hour, then insert popsicle stick into each popsicle.
  4. Freeze for 6-8 hours.
  5. Remove from mold or cups and enjoy!
